Auto Blend with the Summit® Commercial Blender. The blender features a one-touch sensor, which continuously monitors this high performance commercial blender’s power usage and speed. This feature determines when the perfect drink consistency is achieved. The Auto Blend program adjusts for differences in ingredients, bartenders, and locations, so you don’t have to. In addition, cooling is specifically designed for high-volume blending.

Patented Wave~Action® System
Ordinary blenders spin contents around the walls of the jar, which can leave whole chunks untouched by the blades. The Wave~Action® System has a unique container and blade design for a super-creamy profile every time.

All-metal Drive Coupling
Durable all-metal drive clutch. Jar pad sensor turns motor off when jar is not in place to help prevent careless clutch grinding and extend the life of the jar.
Quiet Shield™ reduces noise levels
Reduces noise levels and can be easily removed for cleaning. Motor turns off when operator lifts Quiet Shield™ to ensure quiet blending every time (230V only).
Easy In-counter use
Simply removing the lower housing allows the blender to be mounted in the counter for reduced noise levels and a lower profile.
Baffle and Fans
To maximize the life of your blender, unique airflow baffle keeps motor cool and prevents water ingress. Dual auxiliary fans keep motor cool in-between blends. Display notifies operator to run cool-down cycle.
