How to participate: 

Purchase an eligible product from a Hamilton Beach Commercial authorized dealer. If you’re not fully satisfied for any reason, bring it back within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

• Culinary blenders EXPEDITOR™1100S (HBF1100S); EXPEDITOR™900S (HBF900S); EXPEDITOR™600 (HBF600); EXPEDITOR™600S (HBF600S); EXPEDITOR™510 (HBF510) and EXPEDITOR™510S (HBF510S) 
• High-performance beverage blenders Eclipse™ 755 (HBH755) and Eclipse™750 (HBH750); Tempest® (HBH650); Tango®(HBH455) and Fury™(HBH550) 
• MixStation™ Drink Mixer Series (HMD1000 and HMD880)
• Planetary stand mixer series CPM800 

Customer: 

In the event that you need to return your equipment: 

• Retain your packaging and receipt 
• Return blender or stand mixer and packaging to point of purchase within 30 days 
• Full purchase price will be refunded 

Dealer: 

Procedure to return blender, immersion blender, or stand mixer to Hamilton Beach Commercial (HBC): 

1. Obtain name, email and phone number from customer returning equipment 
2. Request information on why customer was dissatisfied:
   1. Blend performance / drink profile 
   2. Ease of use 
   3. Ease of cleaning 
   4. Other issues (please explain) 
3. Email Hamilton Beach Commercial Tech Support commercial.support@hamiltonbeach.com  and provide the following: 
4. Model number / serial number / original purchase order number 
5. Information from #1 and #2 above 
6. Dealer’s contact information with email address 
7. HBC Tech Support will initiate a Return Authorization Form and send with return label via email with no cost to the dealer or customer. 
8. Ship the blender or stand mixer and HBC will credit dealer account. 
9. Refunds will be issued within 30 days on all eligible equipment returned prior to the promotion expiration date. Refunds will not be issued for equipment that is damaged, misused, or missing parts. 

Promotion expires December 31, 2024
