It has been LESS than 60 days since I bought my product:
There are three options to begin the process: fill out the Returns form; email us; or call 1-866-285-1087 (US, Canada) to discuss your issue. If we conclude your product may be defective, we will send you a postage-paid label so you can send the product back to us. When we receive your product and confirm it is defective, we will either send you a replacement product or refund your money.

We will need to provide you a return authorization so we can accept your product when you send it back to us. Upon receiving the product in its original, unused condition, we will refund your money, minus the original shipping cost.
