An extra cooking vessel is always welcomed in a busy foodservice kitchen. Perfect for preparing and serving food for large gatherings and catered events. The commercially rated roaster oven cooks, warms, roasts, and bakes all in the same equipment and is large enough for a 24 pound turkey.

The adjustable temperature dial can be set to temperatures between 150°F/66°C and 450°F/232°C to hold foods at safe temperatures. Durable handles located on the side panels aid in transporting the equipment to and from the foodservice kitchen. A heavy-duty high dome lid holds in heat and moisture. The removable rack features convenient handles to make it easy to remove your food when it’s done.
